These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and earphp ("earphp," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the earphp online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through earphp.com and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use earphp. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. earphp strictly enforces this age restriction and will suspend any account where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
2.2 Residency. The earphp Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of earphp complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
2.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) earphp account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. earphp reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them.
2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). earphp may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your earphp account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. earphp will never ask you to share your password via any channel.
3.2 You agree to notify earphp immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. earphp will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
3.3 earphp employs 256-bit SSL encryption and multi-factor authentication to protect your account. However, you acknowledge that no security system is completely infallible and that earphp cannot guarantee absolute security of your account data.
3.4 You must not share your earphp account with any other person. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility.
4.1 Deposits. earphp accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana Lhuillier. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and may vary. Current limits are displayed on the earphp cashier page within your account dashboard. earphp reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. earphp processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. earphp reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on your part. Withdrawals may be held pending verification for up to five (5) business days.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on earphp are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). earphp is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. earphp reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as communicated to the registered email address on file.
5.1 earphp may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms and conditions.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. earphp reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
5.5 earphp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus will not be adversely affected by changes made after acceptance, except where required by law or regulatory directive.
6.1 All games available on earphp, including slots, bingo, fishing games, live casino, and sports betting, are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
6.2 Random Number Generators. All earphp casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the earphp Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, earphp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.2 earphp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your earphp account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 earphp does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. earphp will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit earphp's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
11.1 earphp collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on earphp, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 earphp will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the Platform services, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.1 earphp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, earphp will provide at least seven (7) days' notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file before the changes take effect.
12.2 Non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, may be made without prior notice.
12.3 The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the earphp website. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
13.1 Termination by You. You may close your earphp account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days.
13.2 Termination by earphp. earphp reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory directive.
13.3 Upon termination for breach of these Terms, earphp reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including both real money and bonus funds, and to recover any losses suffered by earphp as a result of your breach.
13.4 Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, and 14 — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to earphp's internal dispute resolution process. Players must contact earphp customer support and allow a minimum of thirty (30) days for earphp to investigate and respond before escalating the matter.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through earphp's internal process, it may be referred to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
